When we receive a cassette or print cartridge, our team performs a full inspection of the unit to diagnose and identify all issues. Part of our rebuild process also includes a complete clean, polish, and re-painting of parts as needed to keep them free from debris or impediments. After the needed rebuild work is complete, we reassemble the unit and perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure the unit functions properly and holds temperature and friction.
